She relocated to the UK in 2017, where she has built a career dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Recognised as the DEI Champion within the UK Energy Sector, Kim is a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion in the workplace. Through sharing her story and leading DEI initiatives, she works tirelessly to create environments where everyone can thrive regardless of gender identity.
