The Intersectional Hub was created to explore the complexity of human identity and lived experience, particularly for those who have felt unseen within traditional systems, workplaces and societal expectations.
It has since grown into a platform that also supports organisations and leaders seeking to build more inclusive, human-centred cultures through deeper understanding, reflection and conversation.
My ambition is to create a platform that combines lived experience and professional insight to:
- share real stories,
- challenge limiting norms, and
- inspire workplaces and communities to embrace inclusivity.
Through workshops, speaking, blogs and podcasts, I explore themes such as neurodivergence, mental health, gender, leadership, and parenting — always with the aim of sparking deeper understanding and driving positive change.
