I speak from lived experience — escaping abuse, navigating court proceedings, losing my job, becoming a single mum to a child with different needs, and discovering my own neurodivergence later in life.
These challenges became my classroom for resilience, self-discovery, and building a life based on strengths, not weaknesses.

With years of leadership experience as a senior manager in a large corporation, I’ve not only led teams but also organised impactful events that drive change. I’ve hosted a workshop on intersectionality for Women in New Energy with over 100 attendees, and presented on mental health at the Society of Petroleum Engineers’ Big Conversations.
While my roots are in corporate leadership, my passion is to expand my reach—making my story and message accessible to everyone, everywhere. Whether on a corporate stage or at community events, I’m committed to sparking honest conversations that resonate deeply and inspire action across all spaces.
